The final night of Ryan's Christmas Lights 2009 has concluded.
Now the job of tearing down the display commences over the next few weeks (or months depending on weather).
Thank you to all who participated in the display both on and offline.

I'd like to wish everybody who came to see the display in person or visited this website online a wonderful and joyous Christmas Day. I hope the break over the new year is also safe and funfilled!
Yesterday was the launch of this year's Christmas display. It went off mostly as intended, although the 'sticking' issue returned on one section of the mega tree once again. I'm hoping it will be corrected for tonight.
A video from the launch is now available on the video page. Pictures and videos of individual songs are not available just yet.

I'd like to wish all the people who have visited the light display this season one way or enough (either in person or through this website) a very Merry Christmas. Enjoy the festivities with your family on this day.
Outside decorations are beginning to go up.
Last week the magic cave had white tinsel and foam attached to it. LED Blue and clear icicles are now up. Decorations in the main lounge window out front and window around the side have also been put in their place for the season.
A dead end area to the side of the house (which has been a junk yard longer than I've been on this earth) has been cleaned out to make way for four of the new 'Light-O-Rama CTB16PC' computerised Christmas light controllers.
Today the plan is for some of the rope light path borders to be put out. Right now they are laying in the sun so that they will be easier to bend into the correct shape.
